British court issued a decision which prevents the Steve Brooker (34) years of walking in his neighborhood street for a period of 5 years only. The verdict against Broker as a result of «shameful behavior» and obscenities in a straight red card in the street in front of passers-by a drunk.

The penalty shall apply in the UK since 1998, when the government adopted the country's Prime Minister Tony Blair's former law shall be punished on the social behavior is shameful.

The court's decision does not mean that the man would be under house arrest within the past 5, it allowed him to leave his home, provided that uses a sub-street, otherwise it risked to take more legal responsibilities.
